Shipping Options & Costs

• DHL Economy Select – Free: free on orders over €150.
• DHL Economy Select: €4.99 on orders under €150.
• DPD Classic: €7.99 — delivery in 3–5 business days.
• DHL Express Worldwide: €12.99 — delivery in 1–3 business days.

Note: confirm these carriers and rates match the services your store actually contracts before publishing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
