60-Day Returns

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return — far beyond the 14-day minimum guaranteed to EU consumers.

Free Return Shipping

Returns are completely free. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label so you pay nothing.

How to Return

1. Email contact@aurevia-eu.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with your prepaid label and instructions.
3. Drop off your parcel and we'll handle the rest.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
